PRODUCTION TIME
All Level Goods products are made-to-order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

SHIPPING TIME (after production)
- US Standard: 3-7 business days
- Express options available at checkout

CURRENT SHIPPING ZONES
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your order anytime through the confirmation email or by contacting us.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed or marked as undelivered, contact us at orders@levelgoods.co with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Level Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
